This canister catch (or, "clip and hinge") keeps the motor attached and tightly sealed to the canister filter. Fits all models of the Aquael Unimax canister filters.
The Canister catch or, canister clip/hinge, seals the Unimax complete cover (motor) to the top of the canister. This prevents water leaks from the filter. The clips exert positive pressure on the filter top and will snap into place.
