Question

Q: I purchased the RO400S pump to replace a similar pump in my outdoor water garden. Now that I am installing it, the tube adapters that came with the pump are not snug in the outlet. we need use 1/2" tubing (outside measurement) (5/16" is inside tube measurement). The tube fits snug on one of the adapters, but the adapter just falls out of the outlet. I have tried to combine adapters but no success. can you send me an adapter that works?

The pump you received should have three adapters. One adapter is installed. Just pull it out and the outlet will have a hole. Place the largest adapter which is approx 1/2 outer diameter and install your 1/2 inch inner diameter tubing over this adapter.

If your tubing is installed on the inside of the tubing adapter this may be a problem but we can usually make an adapter for it. I would need a small piece of the tubing that connects the fountain pump to the fountain.
