These Fountain water Pumps work great in small statuary, fountains and even aquariums. Also excellent for use in laboratory equipment and other commercial applications requiring a compact, energy efficient water pump. The Arteich RO600CF also features a combination flow control and pump pre-filter and two-wire cord. Included accessories include large prefilter with foam insert (optional use) and top-mounted flow control. Impedance protection and UL listing for indoor or outdoor use if shielded from weather. The pump is an excellent replacement pump for the Rena Flow 600C.

Is this pump good for fountain use If not what do the company recommend I have the Rena 600 that's not working.

A:
This pump is a circulating pump that works well with indoor foutains, aquariums some commercial applications. If your fountain is outside and subject to harsh weather then the cord on this pump is not for outdoor use. Another pump I can recommend is the RO150S. This has a grounded cord and is rated for outdoor use. It is not as powerful as the RO600S but works well on fountains 3-4 feet tall.
