Description

The Black Plug on the cord side of the Filstar Filter functions as a pressure relief valve when canister is filling from the aquarium. If this plug is damaged or lost then the canister will only partially fill and will not allow the water to flow through the filter. Replace if lost or damaged. In some cases this plug can be repaired without replacing by using a dab of silicone on one side. Please see the blog at www.RenaAquaticSupply for additional information.
